Hey there! My name is Ryan Garipoli and I am a Journalism and Economics student at Syracuse University. I'm interested in working in political or sports media after graduation, especially in the multimedia sphere.
Recently, I have written several journalism articles about Artificial Intelligence, specifically how it has changed the landscape of social media. In my most recent project, I explained how some uses of AI chatbots can have negative mental health effects on adolescents and young adults. I am currently working on an Investigative Story about AI's role in political propaganda on social media, and am working on having my articles published in campus publications.
When I'm not working on schoolwork, I'm usually watching/playing sports, or keeping up with the latest news!
